About
Matthew, son of the founder, joined the business in 1985 upon completing his college education. At that time, the team consisted of just three people, including his father, Bryan, so it was very much a case of “all hands on deck”! As the company has grown, Matthew has divided his time between his commercial responsibilities and the overall management of the business.
He is married to Caroline, who also plays a key role in the company as HR Manager. Food & drink is not only important to Matthew at work. At home, his current favourite combination is barbecued butterflied leg of lamb accompanied by a glass or two of Saint-Émilion.
